At times of rising complexity of work and leadership responsibilities reaching the expected qualification, performance and flexibility becomes more and more challenging for each individual. As a result, conflicts between work, organisation and private life are waiting to happen.
At the beginning of coaching you will usually find the wish of an individual or a team to find a solution for a distressing situation of change, decision or conflict.
